Happy New Year!

Alas, the germs are winning and I did not have the energy to go out and play tonight so I wish you all the very best for 2009 from the comfort and warmth of my study,- Jasper who is currently on my knee purrs in your general direction.

So, thank you all for putting up with me this year, may you continue to do so for many more.

May 2009 bring all you are hoping for, I look forwards to sharing the ups and downs with you, and hope to see you all soon.

Hi ya, sorry to hear you've had the lurg too, Fiona, my dad and me all managed to get it. Cats do help though and I think I'm seeing a niche market here. Got a cold get a cat. It could be a communal one that we all pass round. Its guarrenteed a warm bed and lots of snuffly cuddles, no using as a hanky though, that wouldn't be good.

:) therapy cats, I love the idea! Alas, I already have a cat although he does tuck under the duvet hot water bottle style and purrs most cutely.

I have something for you too but it can be a new years present I guess, we will have to make plans to cook tea for you soon as well, but until the house looks as bit neater I may settle for meeting you in town for lunch sometime soon on one Friday?
